Our inventory is only offered with local pickup. Please bring your order confirmation email or SMS message for pick-up verification.

Order Pickup (2/2 – 2/13)

Due to construction at the Team Store, order pickups from February 2–13 will take place at the Front Office Lobby.

Pickup Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

All fulfilled orders must be picked up within 30 days of receiving your fulfillment notice. Orders not picked up within the 30‑day window will be refunded minus a $10 restocking fee.

Store Hours (Starting 2/14): Wednesday–Saturday, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

On non‑game days, customers may park in the Audi Lot located at the end of Earthquakes Way for convenient access to the The Epicenter Shop.

All preorders for the 2026/27 Secondary Jersey will be available for pickup beginning February 14. Skip the line! Head straight to Preorder Pickup at The Epicenter Shop 2/14/26 from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 calendar days from the original date of purchase.

Items must be “like new,” unworn, unwashed, and with all original labels/tags attached.

Store staff reserves the right to determine whether a product meets return/exchange condition requirements.

Sale items and Personalized jerseys are final sale.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on discounted merchandise.
